ARE YOU ABLE TO WEAR MEDIEVAL CAPES? Like, I really love capes on my armour and shit. Heraldic cape would be awesome.

The fuck? Templars were known to wear white capes with their plate armour. It's not about being silly, it just makes sense to have the possibility to attach a cape to your armour. And that was my only question, if it was possible in okam or not. I mean it's about KINGS and men, so I guess there will be a possibility to wear capes anyways.

This picture does at least. I don't know if it's historical... It's not something I'm used to see from either historic movies nor reenactment. I only know about those capes you put over your armor like this one

Anyway, since the game is set in the 13th century, there are no full plate armors.

I mean it's about KINGS and men, so I guess there will be a possibility to wear capes anyways.

Why? Are kings somehow more likely to wear capes?

In the time period the templars were a big thing, they didn't have plate armour, so no. Maybe parade armours in later periods for the grand master but not for normal men at arms.
EDIT: Capes are things people would wear on a daily bases, but not when going into a battle. A cape would get in the way a lot and if you want a cape to protect you from rain and cold, which is what they were used for, they'd need to be thick, so heavy. Extra weight kills you in battle.

You do realize, that this game isn't all about fighting? It's about KINGS AND MEN, the name says it all. The game is interactive focusing on sandbox elements, so why not let people, who like to, wear a cape with their armor, lol your arguments dont make much sense.
