Okay, I guess I should explain my situation.
Only exercise I do is running with my dog once a day. I am underweight.(190cm/72kg)
I feel like crap now, because some days I just eat like four whole chocolates, in essence it's really hard for me to control my carb cravings, on top of that my carb high is ridiculously short lived, so when I loose control I need to either carb up the whole time, which makes my teeth go to shit, because I usually eat chocolate or something with chocolate in it.
I would like to start taking MMA classes, in the near future, mainly for fitness, but I can't right now, because I feel like shit virtually all the time.
I was thinking about eating high quality wholeprey freeze dried dog food, as it's the most convenient way to enter ketosis, I think. Woul eat seeds to supplement the two essential fatty acids that are missing in that dog food, and get carbs and fibre from leafy greens and apples.

lol I am trying to gain weight, feel like shit because I am coming down from carbs, too hard.
And always keep in mind that keto diets should run no more than 3 months, otherwise you end up fucking your metabolism.
This guy claims to have been in ketosis for 6 years, looks fine as well as trustworthy.

All you need to lose weight is have a calorie- deficit, to gain weight have a surplus, and to stay the same maintenance.
