Usually water, to keep myself hydrated. Also tea. Should be making some lemonade or squeeze some fresh juices, but too lazy for that shit. Don't drink anything from the store apart from bottled water. Do not drink coffee. Do not drink alcohol in any form as of recently. Sodas are big no no.
Like eating some light snacks while watching television, nothing too greasy or too caloric. Not too many in any case. Gaming PC is also my work PC and food on that desk is not permitted under any circumstance, ever! Kitchen exists for a good reason.
Edit: Used to drink glass of cola daily and two glasses of those fake vitamins that dissolve in water, one with just magnesium and other multivitamin. They claim it helps cancer prevention. It fucked me up real good. Stay away from that shit.
