I'm gonna say it, But James needs to be removed from his position as admin and as a developer due to not being able to control his temper. Just as tonight, he allowed a construction site and a weapon rack on top of the flag twice in a row, in a Strategus battle. He said it was capable of being captured but that proved to be wrong with us needing to break the construction, three times. Then in discord he stated that it was not his job to deal with it and that the admins should.
Note I admin chatted twice about the issue, and he chose to also ignore it, Otab as cavalry was clearly fighting in the battlefield. After 5 minutes have passed I said once more to break it, where again he ignored it and chose to leave it. I know he was mad about a ninja roster but to be mad throughout the whole game and allowing rules to be broken to help your team, while ignoring anyone talking about it is a large problem, and we can't have problems like this happen again. Even if you call this something small, this went on for 30 minutes. That isn't admin material.
We want an admin that follows the rules, and we want them, of course, to not be abusive. We want an admin that does their job, people who will do something about issues in the best manner and method possible. Not someone who's admin, and doesn't do anything because its somehow not
his job, or someone who relies on other admins to do his job for him.
Let me tell you guys something: He's made many other mistakes before.
Just as allowing team killers to get away.
Refusing to do any admin work, even provided w/ clear evidence.
Keeps redirecting me to Uthyr(EU), on any issue.
Bans/mutes anyone who has any critiques or criticism about cRPG.
He should not be an admin if he doesn't enforce rules, unless it's a problem for him, and no others.
If you don't think its your job, James, then please do not be an admin.
