Yeah, im using my pc right now.

My friend suggested i had too many things plugged in my pc, and so psu couldnt handle it. Ps3 controller emulated as xbox controller. Webcam (not in use but plugged in nonetheless), M&k ofc, wireless headset being charged and the wireless signal thing. That would explain why rocket league was the only game to cause it, since its the only game i use my controller for. Sounds logical?

I doubt they'd cause that unless you were really close to maxing it anyway.

Reason I'm saying unplug the GPU is cos if your monitor is still plugged into the GPU it's still sending information through it to the HDMI or VGA port or whatever. Get rid of it completely run with onboard graphics and use your motherboard ports to completely bypass the GPU. If you're not getting artifacts without the GPU then it's something on the GPU that's the issue.

How old and what psu

its like 2 years, im not sure what PSU it is, can i check it without cracking open my case? whole pc is fresh since 2 years.

Id also like to add i had a second monitor plugged in for the most part aswell. HDMI to tv.

My monitor isnt connected via my GPU afaik, its connected just below that jack. That could just be another gpu input though. I'll have to try to switch it.

A failing power supply could destroy your gpu but probably unlikely, like oujama suggests you want to try and isolate the possibilities one at a time.

Most modern GPUs take up 2 slots, so it's probably another GPU jack.

It's either on the graphics card or the motherboard or you've got some kind of magic going on.

If it's a tower case the motherboard will have the ports going vertically most of the time and the graphics card will have them going horizontally.

No worries, as long as you aren't eurotrash you can run this game 60+ fps with maxed graphics no problem.  8-)

Its indeed horizontal, the plug doesnt fit the vertical ones.

You might need an adapter, or better yet if you can go to a friends house and just bring your monitor and GPU, you could rule out whether it's your monitor or GPU.

The top one, does it look different on both ends or am i being optimistic? Cause the blue one is what i need to fit onto my motherboard.

Implying i have friends
