Well maybe banning ppl still using it after 3 days when the fun-trolling is over could be ok but banning ppl on the first day for using the just released items is retarded. Just to get eveything in one post now:

You ban people, for something that is not banable, still you don't care.
You ban people for teamwounding, when u teamkill people in the beginning of the round and in a 3 vs 1 u go duel ur mate also.
U go to the end of the map and do nothing, when everyone else is dead u go spec. Am I wrong or does that mean you're absolutely not contributing to the team effort, which is (OMG) bannable?
