Suspended Steam account

Hey guys, yesterday I was using Steam fine,

Now I wake up in the morning, look at my comp and my account has been suspended. Did anyone else get this?

Last time I checked I was not doing any shady things

You exceeded the number of hours you can play a $10 game for and steam wants to force you to buy a new game.

M&B has one of the highest fun/time wasted to dollar ratios of any game out there.

Valve can also suspend your acc if you talk trash and brake their rules about other stuff then just hacks ect..

Had a friend of mine suspend hes because he used chocolate chip cookie badge on hes warhammer 40k units in dow2 for ultimate trolling.....

I've done the same but as Steam Spray Tag and i didn't get banned after using it alot in different kind of games.

Really, How do I start the game without using steam?

Download from Taleworlds site.  Get your cd key from steam (may have to try going offline, right click warband icon and then select cd-key.)  Use the steam key in your new download and create a shortcut.  If steam is a 4 digit key (given when it went on sale a while back and steam ran out of keys.)  I believe you need to contact Taleworlds to get it converted into a 5 digit key.
