If you want to do some betting get in on it tomorrow, people are talking about getting a couple hundred thousand pools together for the bigger fights later on.

A shame I missed the first round entirely... I really wanted to see that Beethoven vs. LUBU duel. Beethoven is one of my favorite battle buddies... I knew he'd put up a hell of a fight, wasn't sure if he'd grab a W though, must have been exciting to watch.

What happened with the FFA? Who won that? Or did it not happen due to the servers not really "allowing" that kind of mode?

The free for all went very well. There were around ~60 participants.
Everyone obeyed the rules.
Joan of Arc ended up winning it. - He was part of an estimated 12 man group who swept out many of the independent players.

1/63 for kao and joan meeting in the first round, 1/15 for miley and allers meeting in the third, assuming that they were guaranteed winning until they met.

1/15 probability that you met kao in the 3rd round, assuming you were both guaranteed winning until then, followed by a 1/15 chance for you and joan met in losers (once again assuming winning/losing when necessary), for a total of a 1/225 chance.

Yeah I agree that 1/63 I just looked real quick and thought was 32 players but still wouldn't it be 1/8 they would both place in the same pool with those odds based purely that they both win all battles till they meet?

Well it depends on how you look at it, I suppose. If you want to know the odds that Miley faces a specific member of the remaining 15 players in round three, then it is a 1/15 chance. The odds that the pair of Miley and Allers are going to meet in that round are 1/8 I suppose, but really since it is all supposedly randomized I don't see why making pairs would be a good way to go about it, since that would require knowing that they'd meet there already. If you wanted to know the odds of them meeting in that exact pool, then it would be 1/8 * 1/7 = 1/56.
