If you're muted in game then you're gonna be muted until they fix the Admin Un-mute option, yes it's broken and if you get muted you can't be un-muted anymore.

So who ever muted you in-game has screwed you over till next patch. That's if next patch even fixes it. Who knows..

That's not true. Ingame mute only works until the muted one leaves the server.

That's not true. Ingame mute only works until the muted one leaves the server.

Maybe PEPE never left the server, maybe he stayed on to cheer everyone up with his cheerful actions. Truly a saint in these times of mod is ded ;_;
