As i said here, you don't need to be downloading/accepting anything. I think at one point one of our less popular news sites got infected, had Flash-based ads, that had shit of this sort. In either case, everyone should just enable Flash click-to-play.

Is it a Adobe issue or a media issue?

Give Combofix a try if you don't really know how to remove this shit.

ComboFix

follow the guide -----> ComboFix Guide

(remember to uninstall it after you finished)

download Malwarebytes - Download the Free version

run a full scan just in case

download adwcleaner - Adwcleaner

run it

restart pc

ccleaner just to delete trash and you are good to go !
