Big issue

Considering there are a lot of Turkish players in cRPG and many of them speak very little English, I think it is quite a reasonable request. A Turkish admin could communicate with Turks without lots of confusion about rules and procedures. If I look at the people who have been made admin, the standards aren't exactly top-notch (which is a good thing), what is the problem with finding some Turk who speaks good English and making him admin? Same should go for the Russians and Poles.

That said, yasutay I don't think your English is good enough to be able to communicate with other admins and non-Turkish players without misunderstandings and confusion.

What kind of bullshit would it be to tell turks with bad english they have to learn English or they are fucked? Obviously some people haven't heard about helping those with problems. International community doesn't have to mean that our native languages become irrelevant. You cannot just blame the single person for having a bad English, people should rather look at the system causing these language problems......

   And this is why we still haven't found a turkish admin with the mindset for the task, even though it makes sense to have one, as tooth said.

   The very few that could actually do the job pretty nicely, never showed/show interest on applying, and those who desire(d) to do so, have their moral compass based on the Bermuda triangle, and we already have our share of lose cannons as it is.
