I have a gruesome fascination with serial killers and psychotic murders like this. It makes sense that he mixed it with rice and spread it all over, what better way to disguise a dead body than as food scraps that nobody will take a second glance at? Even if you were digging through the garbage to find body parts, would you stop and look at a bowl of meat and rice to think "hmm is this the dead body?"
Fucked up shit, I know. But do you think he would have been caught if he didn't turn himself in? The daughter might have just been another face on a missing child poster, never seen again...

So is the issue of illegal immigrants NOT something that the government is supposed to control? If they aren't responsible for handling illegal aliens, who is?
