There is a texture bug that happens rarely when ground becomes transparent. That bug is companied with other texture issues like infinite verticles bug and that makes whole picture blurry. However, because of transparent ground, despite blurry image it is actually easier to play because you can see players clearly.

If you get the whole package of visual aids, game becomes completely different beast. And I'm sure huge portion of players use those "fixed" textures.
