I don't really understand that website^^ Is this:

New item #6: Heraldic Triangle Shield
New item #20: B&S Mongol OSP
Item modification #7: Native shield rework
Item modification #16: Missing images of new items on website

what they allready did or is it what they will do. If this is what they will do, they won't fix the balance, the XP-Fail and EU2.

you will find things like this:

So yes, your examples are already done. But the teamballance seems to be solved as well.

so since the patch reverted back somewhat..

was there a change for the IF calcuation based on weight?  I think it added some penalty to WPF calculation requiring you to put a few points into IF if you were a fatty?  I can't remember the formula, though I'm curious if this was changed again.
