Im not saying the patch features are bad, no, but.. c'mon thats unplayable. And yes, the 2h stab has been VOTED but... I will tell you a little story (real story) that can help you to understand the Stab vote on forum.melee.org :

In the year 2006, The UAI (Union Astronomique Internationale, the only and only ones who decide what there is in the space) is around 9000 members, on the 9000 members, only 2700 were in Prague (2006) for the vote, the vote happened the last and 10th day of the congress, so lot of them was gone.
Among them, only 1000 members was present and
ONLY 424 persons has voted, others abstained. So 5% of the number of people that should vote (UAI), voted.
Then we can question the validity of such a vote.

On cRPG, there is today, maybe around 200 persons who play actively (EU and NA), among them, there is only 50% actives on the forum and among them, only 25% has voted. (numbers are false of course, but seems almost near).
