Remove banner balance during low pop

Remove it when theres less than 40 players or something. It feels like its just a one sided beatdown every round if theres one clan stacking. Especially if krems are stacking, when theres like 15 players on a team and krems are 5 of those doing absolutely nothing in spawn while team fights 10v15 against a stack like barabe or eques. Theres just no chance of winning or even putting up a fight.

Also ban brocoding.

I think admins may be able to change the current balance setting. Doesn't sound like a bad idea if it's only harming the server at that time.

At such low population times its actually more fun to fight eachother imo, because chances are that the ones stacking are also all of the best players currently on the server.

Kinda tough issue because what about the guys not in clans but share the same banner to play on the same team? By removing banner balance on low pop you stop the pubbers from playing with their mates.

And please do something with 4 people dueling against 1 enemy, and forcingletting the other 30 (dead) player watch them for 3 minutes,
because they attack each other in turns, like on duel server.

Brocoding is keeping it alive, the ones without friends just fight someone else, and when they need to fight the one they brocoded they do (mostly)
