The more I think about it the more I wish you would tinker with xp income system, maybe even try out again some sort of income per kill or score related so you have that juicy classic rpg feeling again. Plus a fixed amount or so for team win.
But yeah, that would mean tons of work obviously because the whole upkeep, marketplace and item balance (price-wise) depends on it so I guess it is not likely to happen. However that would be really a big change, and even if flawed at the beginning could help bring in a lot attention from both old and new players.
