Makers of AoT are working on it, so yeah, gore, action and tits basically. Although I haven't seen Guilty Crown, maybe that's different.

Tonight I'm starting with Bungou Straight Dogs, hope it will be decent.

At least the animation will be top notch then, AoT had shit pacing but good premise. So there is hope.

Finished watching Mushishi, it's actually about a dude who smokes weed and tells people stories of invisible monsters. Then he eats their food and sleeps in their houses. The MC is the greatest conman of animu history.

Bungou Straight Dogs is plain average, new age anime. However side story lasting 4-5 episodes kinda stands out imho. Rest is less edgy Tokyo Ghoul. Dazai is not original char by any means, but his comments brought a smile on my face on couple occasions.

Like every Druid ever. They still cure cancer in Africa with mixture of bat ears and snake fangs. They also smoke weed, not because they like it, religion sets the rules yo

Been watching Drifters but it is so average and boring that I'm thinking of dropping it.
Started watching Ego Proxy now.

Just figured out that chars in Bungou Stray Dogs are based on famous Japanese writers and poets. While it's a fun and neat show, it is kinda insulting to portray them in this manner. But I've seen worse, like that one episode of Baywatch inspired by Edgar Allan Poe lol

If I remember correctly, Ergo Proxy has a great start, stalls in the middle and then picks up again later in the season.  On another note I found a manga I loved to death, Teppu, a high school mma manga with the meanest anti hero protagonist.

Started reading Upotte!! It's about schoolgirls who are actually guns!! I'm not a big fan of the artwork, but the concept is carried out very nicely!! Working on it is the same guy who was a military advisor for Strike Witches (pls no bulli)!!

How do they call that shit, girls transforming into machinery like planes, guns etc? Isn't that some sort of a fetish in Nippon? I have seen some cosplay girl wearing planes on their back.

Anyway, myself wouldn't be me if I were following any global trends (other than MAGA of course) so fuck that weird girl plane furry shit that neck beards obsess with.

Currently watching Black Lagoon for the first time. It's pretty badass and straightforward, after so much pretentious garbage (Westworld) I've seen recently this is nice change of pace.

Started reading the new manga Goblin Slayer, set in a generic fantasy world with a fantasy Guild with a shitty ranking system where heroes progressively become strong by doing quests and fighting monsters of growing strength. Unless you the protagonist the Goblin Slayer whose one goal in life is to eradicate all Goblin life. Does a good job of making you hate Goblins, good backstory on while the guy hates Goblins. Then it goes into crazy detail with the guys obsession over killing Goblins, down to his tactics and equipment all select for maximum Goblin killing efficiency. The meta humour of the guy with a pure goblin killing build in a universe where Goblins are the weakest monster around mixed with decent artwork and interesting plot so far really has me riding on a high. Looks like their releasing chapters monthly and I can only hope it doesn't become another slowly abandoned manga series. Can't wait to read more.
