I checked the pics: why are you calling it Norman? For norman cavalry to be vaguely realistic you need: noone on anything better than a rouncey, even that is a bit much, better steppe horses and sumpters.
No lances. Not even one. The lance had not been invented yet, and noone had ever couched when the normans where a power.
Throwing spears or maybe throwing lances: The norman cavalry was a skirmishing force who rode up to shield walls and threw spears then rode away again. They definitly did not charge down on formed infantry.
