I have a problem

So I made an account yesterday for this and somehow, after 30 minutes of frustration on getting to know how exactly to make an account, I got it. Then one of my brothers saw me playing this and made an account on our other computer, but forgot his PIN the next day. Now he wants to make a new account, so I tried it on our last computer, but it asked for a serial key. What key?? Steam only gave me a key for the DLC, not for the game, so I can't make an account there either.

Is it because there is one account per steam user? (We have 3 copies of the game, got it on 75% sale)
If so, is there a way to delete the account and make a new one?
Is there a way to get your PIN back and change it so you can easily remember?

I did read a guide on how to make accounts, but it still won't work. I give up!

You can get your pin back easily, but you need to be able to join a server and press QMPS to do that.

If you can't find your key by going to steam under "view CD key," you might have to search the registry for your key directly.
