Well, I played the flamberge for a while, and I loved it, but the thing is that I love polearms aswell and now that we have the WPF bonus, I can see no reason why not to use such a build, especially when I can have 155 WPF on both 

That's true, high wm is waste if you don't go hybrid. My main is 2h/pole hybrid as well and it's much more fun to play than pure class.

if you respec, put 8 WPF and divide it to Polearms/2h. That way you will be able to use Long Hafted Blade/Hafted Blade and a katana, although you won`t have any throwing

But grinding 20mil again for throwing?

I wouldnt, lol. I practicly get around 8m xp a month, so I guess it does depend on in game activity..
