Except the fact that this goalie was one of the main reasons England even got to play the match vs Brazil. If not for him they'd probably get knocked out earlier plus the fact that Ronaldinho's goal was one of those extra-lucky moments that happen once in a lifetime, he even admitted to one of his teammates afterwards that he didn't want to shoot directly.

Totally. I remember this goal of Yuri Kovtun, who was the lamest, ugliest and non-skilled central defender in that Russian squad.

I think this guy scored more autogoals than goals during his career, but that lucky shot looked like he is fucking Van Basten. So it happens sometimes.
But tbh Ronaldinho's goal was more like Seaman's autogoal cuz he was clearly mistaken.

Wow. USA is becoming one of my favorite teams at the current championship. I loved Klinsmann as player, and now I am amazed at how well he coached this national team. They have no super stars, but every player gives their best at the field. I wish Russian team would played with such temper instead of loosing the ball and playing the fool at the defense
