Can you really blame the parents? How can you possibly know he wasn't in a nurturing environment? Some people are just fucked in the head, there's nothing you can do. Pretending that the"nature" facet of humanity doesn't exist and everything is always "nurture" is a popular opinion these days, but it's bullshit. This dickhead had at the very least narcissitic personality disorder, if not outright psychopathy. Sure, most narcissists and psychopaths don't go on murder sprees (considering the proportion of people estimated they represent, we'd be neck deep in it constantly).
