Basically, the only way to get a good admin is to find one that hates everyone equally. Ganner is a good example. Recently, you can look at the extreme variety in punishment severity. There have been two moves being used, both involving beating other admins to the punch, in the ban section. If it is someone you like, you say "oh man this is very serious, 24 hour ban" and if it's someone you hate, you swoop in and say "oh man this is very serious and its your 7th ban, 4 day ban an essay ban is next." Its pathetic, really, that there is no structure to the punishments. But what's worse than that, is there have been no admins on to catch people in the act. The ban section is literally the worst idea ever, and people just troll each other in there. Removing the ability to vote posts in that section, clearly did nothing.
