Nobody ever accused me of being a math nerd, but can you explain how any "randomizer" is going to account for what you said previously (that people with more than 1 ticket have a better chance of winning)? Isn't it kind of obvious that if you buy 2 tickets you now have a 2/80 chance of winning instead of a 1/80 chance?  Why would it make a difference if it's a roll of the "dice" or some other equation to determine a winner?

Well, I have neither the means nor the time to demonstrate it, it's just an intuition.

But I have a doubt on the distribution as well as the proportionality of putting.
