Strategus Battle abuse - defenders poll kicked and banned from server

Attackers initiated poll kicks, all defenders were kicked, and subsequently banned from server. 

Technically the defenders lost the battle. Grey Order lost 3511 tickets and all equipment - quite a lot of gold considering new prices; to be exact 568.406 gold - we do have a full specification of what was lost.

In the past poll kickers/banners were punished. We would expect the same here, such behavior should not be tolerated in the community. If there is no rollback, we expect Order of the Lance to return the fief and reimburse our losses.

I have not been in fight although I considered signing up for it, anyway if what defenders say is true(and it may very well be true because attackers presented no evidence on their side aside of personal insults) then its worthy of chadz investigation and possibly ban to people who abuse system, just wanted to say that because it sickens me if somebody behaves in such non-fair way, good luck on resolving the case.

Why he shouldn't threaten this guy ? He attacked his land, pillaged his peasants, raped elder women in his villages, stole his grains. What you excpected, warm welcome ?

Instead of behaving like a man, this noob used kick/ban exploit to win the battle. I feel this should be the example. Permaban from strategus, cRPG and forum for all players who initiated successful kick/ban polls this battle. This will teach the others. The less exploiting retards, the better for the game.
