Then you should probably see those guys : http://www.materiel.net/ it's in french though. I've ordered a custom pc and asked them to build it, I was very happy with the result.

http://www.corsair.com/en-us/cpu-coolers/hydro-series

depending on what you need (how hot is your current gpu, how much do you wish to clock) I think you could easily fit H110 on top in the space for vents, any other model will surely fit.

if you are getting water cooling only for the cpu I believe one of these Corsair products is the best option, if going for the cpu, gpu colling then you need a setup with tubes which is more expensice and harder to set up.

And now he can't play because of "common sense" and he doesn't understand how this common sense works

Anybody know a good choice for a water cooler kit in a CM-690 case ? There are holes for the tubes if I want an external setup, but considering the pricing on those things I'm mostly interested in just replacing my cpu cooler, and the main problem in finding one is figuring whether I'll be able to fit it in the case. The case has space for two 140mm ventirads on top, but it's not really clear whether that's the right size for watercooling kits.

140mm will fit the better radiators ;).

Your limiting factor will be the space between whatever is closest to the slots at the top in your case (probably motherboard).
You can go for a dual or a single radiator, single should cover some reasonable OCing.

If you have a lot of depth room, push/pull setups are best. (Can't find any 140mm ones on Corsairs website Oo)

This is the best double I could find on corsair's website:
http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/hydro-series-h110-280mm-extreme-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler
54mm depth

Single:
http://www.corsair.com/en/hydro-series-h90-140mm-high-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler
52mm depth

Used the H90 in a custom build for a friend, runs very cool. He doesn't OC much, but I'm pretty confident he could take his 4770k from 3.5Ghz to ~4.5Ghz no problem. You'd only really need the H110 if you do heavy OCing, or have a real monster of a CPU (4960x/ AMDs recent FX ones).

Antec also make good closed loop cooling, worth a look.

(click to show/hide)

It's as close to the other one as possible, but with better RAM + GPU (and probably HDD).

I'd have to double check everything is compatible (heights/widths, power connectors, etc; my french sucks ;) )
The motherboard, PSU and case are very meh, but they'll do what you need.

Not sure what price you were aiming at. Was the 1000 euro for the build you posted, or what you were aiming for?

EDIT: Np kafein.
