I think ive dived like 10 hours or so into this sofar.

It does start feeling slightly repetitive, but nothing too bad. Good game, but definately nothing groundbreaking or revolutionary here. The weaponselection is significantly lamer than i expected tbh. All the guns are extremely basic. And there are only 2 supressed guns in the game. One being completely useless and the other being a pistol, that does a moderate job I suppose. Also the skilltree is a big downer. I think i was barely even half way into the game when I got the ones i considered important. Most of the skills are quite lame. Like the "switch your weapons faster" skill or the "drive better on dirt" skill, which is pointless cause 90% of the time u are on the city streets. But other then those, the game is quite solid.

Lots more time spent on the game now, agree 100%. Nothing groundbreaking, but a solid game.

Its kinda of an average generic revengestory. Dont take it the wrong way. Its okay, but again nothing new. The wierd part is that im actually really into it and i dont understand why. Its nothing new, but for some strange reason I am really hyped to see what happens next. I do really like the characters thou. I suppose thats the reason. The story may be predictable, but the interesting characters keep popping up the more u move forward. Kinda like in FC3 where u keep working for or with different nutjubs that were just so darn memorable.

Tried the "demo", unpatched tho, and it runs like shit on my rig :(

Haven't fiddled around with it. I hope the patch makes it better :?

NO NO NO NO Why Ubisoft? WHY?

Aim assist that you can't turn off? Mouse acceleration that you can't turn off? What the fuck are you thinking?

Case and point: I am aiming where I know an enemies head will appear, sure enough, he pops his little head up and the aim assist goes "OH, you want to aim at this guy, here, let me aim at his crotch for you!" and moves my aim. Now instead of shooting the guy in the head, I'm aiming at his well protected crotch that's behind a wall. Bloody hell, I'm aiming where I want to bloody aim.

I've checked the settings for aim assist - It's got "Minimal - Default - Strong". NO! I don't want it, it's a fucking load of wank! I have less control with it on! Let me turn it off. And there are literally no settings for mouse acceleration that I've found.

I really want to give this game a chance but having played an hour and I am getting shot to shit because I can't take enemies down thanks to aim "assist". Even on consoles, while I'm using a controller I want the damned rubbish off!

Ack. Had to rant. I'm sorry.

I am at Uni atm, so I haven't had the chance to check it out myself but I found this:

GamerProfile.xml in C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Watch_Dogs
That's supposed to be the file where you can manually edit all settings, even those which are not in the menus. Worth a try.

And do you remember this guide Nvidia made for Skyrim back when it was released?
http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/guides/watch-dogs-graphics-performance-and-tweaking-guide#config-file-tweaking-and-advanced-options

Hope it helps. Leave experiences here too. So I don't have to check everything myself :P

Ubisoft can make good single-player games, but forget about coop/multi-player games by them. They have the worst connectivity problems and bugs and zero support.

Edit: I'm not sure if the game has multiplayer or not, but with the exception of Assassin's Creed series, I hate all other Ubisoft games I have played. For instance, it was impossible for me and my friend to play Ghost Recon Future Soldier together, after several tries, and it had nothing to do with port forwarding (which was already a pain in RSV2).

For me, no more Ubisoft games for a while, at least the coop ones.

Gunna wait like 2-3 months till all possible bugs are gone, more options has been added and game has been more balanced. Probably just gonna play Kill-Natzees-Stein 2014

Bleh so far.. this game is incredibly underwhelming and the whole drama aspect of the story feels too try hard like the writers are taking themselves too seriously.

Loosing cops is pretty difficult which I like. Hacking the streetlights gives you a good amount of distance most of the times to turn into some side street and hide in the car.

Underwhelming is the performance on my pc. That's a way bigger issue. It's not running smoothly for me :(

The gameplay is fun, but I was definitely expecting a lot more with all the hype. Solid game, but not the AAA title of the year they were pushing it to be.

Uhh so is it me or are cops fucking IMPOSSIBLE to lose? I have the jam coms app or whatever but I can't figure out how to use it.. it's supposed to be an app on the phone but it's not there...?

I thought so at first, but now it's hilariously easy. Just make them crash at lights and bam, done. And with the proper skills, just disable helicopters if they give ya any trouble.

Also, it's in your weapon select wheel, things like lure, blackout, jam coms, etc. They're craftable items that you select in your weapon wheel then press RB to activate. Sorry not sure what the keyboard equivalent is, been playing it on PC with an xbox controller.
