Glad to see this reincarnation of the character inspiration thread, because I really enjoyed the previous one.

So, I remember watching this South Korean movie ages ago. It's set in China during the fall of the Yuan dynasty, and the protagonist is basically a badass former slave who's rather skilled with what looks like a yari to me.
