Silent Scope is one of those games that consoles still can't touch.

Agreed, same with Big Buck Hunter, or even a game like Golden Tee (which I still love).  Silent Scope was probably my favorite arcade game I ever played...time crisis games were really fun too (and I haven't seen a good replica on a home console/system). 

I suppose you could even say games that have a motorcycle type of thing you sit on and race (and lean side to side) aren't easily replicable on a console, but that's not really my cup of tea (nor do I think they are really that great).

I remember a giant Jurassic Park shooter where you sit down and the whole thing shakes.
