Worst Game Purchases EVER

I know my MMO friends like it and yes it can probably have value as a co-op version of the old Kotor games even for me, or so they say. I just really don't like the mechanics of MMOs especially the way the combat system works, the constant grind doing the same things over and over and over.. it is not that I don't acknowledge it is probably a good game for its genre.

- The Bureau: XCOM Declassified (looked so promising but failed at simple game play basics)
- Fallout: New Vegas (I tried to so hard but I never really enjoyed it)
- Crysis: All of them (I hate shooting Aliens - booooring! And - for me - that suit wasn't much of a game changer...)
- Dirt 1,2,3 (Everything that came after the name change is just casual junk!)
- Red Faction: Guerilla and Armageddon (that physics destructible thing seemed fo promising too but the rest was a huge let down)
- Splinter Cell Double Agent and Conviction (just *UGH*)

Off the top of my head:

Batman Arkham City - GFWL refused to save my game until I realized it was basically mandatory to upload it to the Steam cloud first. Then they eventually dropped GFWL which meant I have 7 hours logged and I'm at the beginning of the game

Max Payne 1 & 2 - They just run in the background and nothing actually loads.

Without a doubt Dark Souls. After reading all the reviews I was so hyped and really tried to like it but it's just so repetetive and the combat is just plain boring.

Oh also Sleeping Dogs because it never starts up and crashes after i resume game.

Kairo because it majorly mindfucked me like crazy

Chivalry Medieval Warfare because the melee combat is weird. Ranged is good though.




Also Good to see nobody listed best gaming series ever a.ka Deus Ex.

Have all Deus Ex game and even preordered The Fall. Even re-bought Human Revolution with Directors Cut and previously bought all DLC for Human Revolution as well.

Also gifted tons of copies of original version of Deus Ex to others a.ka best game ever.

Agree. Prefered empire tbh but yes no doubt that was the most enjoyable TW considering online battles. I want medieval 3 to have an extremely cured campaign mode, always played these games just fornthe campaign tbh.

Nappy was very polished overall, as most of the TW expansions seem to be, Mongol Invasion, Viking Invasion, Barbarian Invasion, as polished as the main games are unfinished on release. The standard corporate greed demanding full price for it so shortly after ETW and with the additional fees for small unit dlcs notwithstanding.

As i stated previously....that game sucked. Having good multiplayer is not a redeeming feature, especially for Total War where the campaign is the biggest part of it. I could go in depth as to why I felt like I wasted money on it, but that would take me too long.

A sucky game cannot have a good multiplayer. It's the most balanced and tactical of all TWs, requiring the most skill and not unduly encouraging of camping, with formations and how you move them playing a huge role, etc.

ETW is better in SP, but NTW is way more balanced and thus better for MP.

I skip most battles in SP anyways so not caring about MP is the way for me with TW games.
All bout the map stuff.



And yes Kafein. Borderlands sucked because of its gay cartoony, 'tries to hard to make Borderlands graphics seem like art' crap.

I would have to agree that I found Borderlands to be a massively overhyped shallow piece of shit.
