Facts are: I've got trade routes, and I'm not gonna go visit anywhere I'm gonna get jumped. Go harass the fief owners who don't want/can't be arsed putting their gear in.

I updated it with all the gear and info on New Kelredan Castle.  It's open trade, come use our S&D.

Updated the spreadsheet a bit with the help of the fief list. Probably some of the border status are still inaccurate because not all that information is as readily available.
