-2147483646 troops FTW! [Bug report]

Our clanmate Druzhina_FairyWell changed the troop cap to something like 99999 (dunno exactly) and he instantly got -2147483646 troops O_o. Can some dev check it please. Thanks.

Bonesaw did this when HOC was collapsing after just one battle last Strat.  I don't see why anyone is surprised by this.
