Erm, that doesn't sound like being a good dude lol, 'he made you mad, that's the consequence' doesnt stand up in any court of law, and certainly isnt the sort of ruling any society should even attempt to work under unless you want every petty dispute turning into violent assault or murder. This isn't a dig at Panos, cos he isn't bragging about 'teaching the guy a lesson', but that isn't sound advice, unless prison is the end goal. Then maybe after prison the next time you would think 2 times before attacking someone? People need to learn self control first.
Doing it heat of the moment after being cornered is understandable and semi-defensible, but attempting to justify how a violent assault is doing somebody a favour or how you did it cos they need to learn respect... well they'd lock you up in an instant for using that argument, and you'd deserve it.

after they take the lesson they became better guys , sure thing violence is not a solution but i am not the man who gives the other cheek and sometimes talking to people being comprensive is like talking to a wall. i learned maths when my teacher hit me with her bamboo stick on the hands and i loved her for this and i'm not masochist

what i can't understand is the excessive violence that you see these days , shooting here and there , you don't need a gun for revenge or something , you know , in the middle of the fight , some guy enters and shoots or stabs ...wtf is this medieval times?
for the law part...yes , if someone insults me , i'm calling it harassing , if he doesn't stop insulting after a verbal warning here we go with hands , i'm not standing there being insulted or going away letting the other guy think i'm a loser but it's me , everyone has it's own toughts , this is mine.
