people are like potatoes, they come in different shapes and sizes and they all are beautifull
masturbating while looking in a mirror isnt wrong unless its the rear view mirror and you are driving a school buss.

it doesnt matter if you are happiest person or an unfortunate weeper, a powerfull beast or a terrifying creature. we are all equal, in the eyes of the reaper.

Simply because the developer made an awesome job on this one and deserves to be rewarded for it.

I even bought it a second time now regularly for my normal Steam account cuz it's freaking awesome and adorable game!

@Miwiw: there is a uncut patch in the Steam forums. Just look for it and preload it too. Basically it just replaces the cut files with the uncut ones and it works like a charm. That is for the Australian version which - afaik - has the same cuts as the German one. cute puppy and abortion galore with a 60MB sized rar-file :)
Has been confirmed to work by other Aussies.

Found the forum thread with the link to the uncut patch. Enjoy (when it's released)!

Great game, 100% recommendable to all SP fans. Don't play the game on standard difficulty though, it'll be a relative walkover.

The whole fuss about the censorship is blown a bit out of proportions though, I mean who cares about consoles, they're mostly used by children so obviously children rules apply, majority rules
Fact is that all PC versions in Europe except for the German version is _NOT_ censored.

Quote from: Reddit
“Only the North/South American one is completely uncensored on every platform,” the source wrote. “The Australian one is censored on all platforms, the European and Russian ones are censored on console only, and the German one is censored on console for anal probing etc, and censored on both console and PC for cute puppies, Heil einstein arm salutes, etc. To avoid a ‘Hot Coffee’ type situation, the 20-second-or-so gameplay/cutscene is removed completely from the disc and replaced with the screen you see at the link (times six more 20-second scenes).

The question is why that seeing someone getting "probed", in a hugely comical way, drawn as a cartoon, by alien creatures, is somehow a lot worse than the liters of blood, guts, brain goo, face to face execution style moves and what not these console kids are virtually bathing in daily, not that this is a problem though in my opinion :P but in context it seems outrageous. Medieval thinking.
Things don't exist simply because you believe in them, thus sayeth the almighty creature in the sky!

Just finished it. Fun little RPG.

As Nessaj said, play on hard. Just like with bioshock infinite.
Timer says I spent 9 hours on south park on completion.

anyone else notice if you change gear save, it doesnt actually save your gear changes. really anoying if you are dieing have to reslot all your equipment everytime you load.

Without asking for any spoilers, is it worth to play it again after let's say ~ 2months? I actually don't know much about the game (as I still wait for it on steam) and I didn't want to read anything yet.

Well, I played through it as Thief on Normal difficulty once. Already started another playthrough with the Jew class, on hard this time...

The thing is, the combat is actually really fun and just for that there is a replay value for the other 3 classes after the first time.

And there are the weapon add ons which provide another incentive to play again. They give you the possibility to specialize on certain damage types, like bleeding, gross out, fire, shock and cold.

And since there is a "downloadable content"-option in the main menu - considering the huge Southpark Universe - there is probably going to be some story add on.

I preordered it because I was getting something special for it (I believe it was 3 or 4 "special classes).

I'm just waiting because I'm German and they still seem to do some cutting... and I would never pirate any game (even though I already paid for it).

haha, it says USK 18+ reasons on steam:

"Bad Language
Violence
Sex"

What do you mean by 'play it again'? I do know that there is DLC coming so I'm keeping it on my PC for a bit.

The combat is fun, but shallow. It's very streamlined though, it's like you're watching a South Park episode. I mostly played it for the gags, jokes and story.
As a thief, 3/4th in the combat was a walk in the park on hardcore.
