There was imbalance regarding how many count claims and vassalized countries Bulgaria had. I don't care about the rest, how many people you have in your kingdom is not my problem.

Would probably need another 50 people so every kingdom is member-wise quite even then alliances could build and real battles fought.
But currently I check in like 3 times and do some mining, smelting, doing ropes and candles... and having a level up each 2-3 days...

But after all we are in since about 23 days, and others play this game for about a year already.
