How those light-guns work? I was never able to understand... You connect it to an 8-bit console, aim at screen, and PUF! - magic happens! You can shoot ducks on your TV SCREEN, using a processing power comparable to a modern day washing-machine.

Hmm... May be if a PC can emulate the "electron beam" speed, and paints the screen white in a similar fashion... The one who made the original light gun in the 70's was a genius

I have no idea about the actual technology (?!) behind it but I pretty much realized that the whole thing was a scam even as a child. You play on one machine, the dang thing is super accurate and makes you feel like Lucky damn Luke. You play on another and you grow ages older with the agony of not being able to shoot one single damn duck. Not to mention that the constant giggling of the stupid dog isn't helping either.
