The last remnant definitelly. While story is not that strong, the combat system, difficulty and crafting beat everything bad about this game.

You forgot Baldur's Gate series. I mean when u put Fallout and KOTOR you should have Baldur as well man. Anyway Fallout 2 (with expansion) is da bestest of the best.
