From my experience, NA has:
- longer nicknames  (including clan tags)
- brighter banners  (including non-medieval ones)
- less corresponding outfits  (meaning different parts being of differect styles/cultures)

meh you cant really get a good idea from a few rounds.  a few years ago i worked nights so played NA often and i did great. but at the time i was lvl 32 and top 50 for exp and did great on eu even if playing poorly. :D I pop on NA every so often but its hard to gauge with just a few rounds

Lots of factors affect the quality of the servers. Time of day, who is on, how many and which admins are around, how many of what class is playing (melee too good? Go ranged etc)

true im playing now on NA albeit slightly drunk but whenever i try to fight someone 2 vs 1 i either get TH or bumped by friendly cav :D but im not going to say ALL  NA TH HERP because of it like some seem to do

It really doesn't mean anything, unless you bring hundreds of screenshots of random scoreboards.

And even then, the definition of "skill" is not "how high are you on the scoreboard?", or at least not only that. I personally feel I'm often struggling to kill you when I'm playing my naked 1h main but I also tend to be higher up the scoreboard too when we are both online,

In half of these screenshots you're either
1. Topping the LOSING team
2. Spamming and getting kills? Congrats?
Also in that middle one you're gong like 6-4 and at the bottom of the team- Why is that one even in there?
