What I noticed playing NA recently was the fashion 
Noticed lots of people with trollish unmatched equipement while on EU everybody tries to minmax and match gear myself included
Oh god the fashion on NA.
Just wow.
We have like this set pool of items that everyone jumbles together into either something they like or something that is just as hideous as they could get.
I shit you not, there have been moments (it still happens too!) where I see armor for the first time (Mostly roman and russian stuff usually from either very new players or EU players). There have also been moments where an EU player will play with us and say
"Wow that is
actually nice armour... In EU we would never have that, if someone wore that you would be getting screamed
at by
*Lists every culture related to armor set and how it would be wrong to bring them together*Then again there are where we see armour combinations and say "What in god's name is that? Why... why would somone even do that?!"
The EU fashion trends seem to be a lot more obvious, usually from the clan you can see "Oh that is Dhruzina, I guess that is Russian armor".
Or "Theres Byzantium and their...well byzantine roman armor I guess..."
The themes, while more typical, do bring alot to the game when you see themed groups of warriors fighting eachother.
Na themes generally stick to either
A:A general idea of a clan theme (e.g lets all be bandits! "YEEEAAH EVIL ARMOR")
or
B: That one guy who roleplays something (e.g "Watch out for that conquistador shielder-guy, I know he's around here somewhere")
Except for Raven clan. They are pretty much the only themed NA clan that comes to my mind right now (I guess Dharan legion has some themes) that stick to a strict theme. It's always fun to see them on, seeing a mass of nords fighting together just does something to you. I couldn't pull it off and no one else really does so they get a special shoutout.
