Here's how the raffle works.

Pick a number between 1 - 1000 and list the games in order of most preferred to least preferred...
For example:

On this sunday, the 15th @ 9pm (pst) I will roll 1-1000... The 6* people closest to the number I roll will win one of the games!!!
The closest guess will get top pick, 2nd closest 2nd pick, 3rd closest 3rd pick and so on...

To qualify:
You must have a steam account.
You must only guess a single number 1 - 1000, and only once. (must not be a number someone has already chosen!)
You must not be one of those people who has reported me for nudges and kicks on strat battles.
And you must not try to use multiple forums accounts for better chances. 
*you might also need to activate a humble bundle account for free, but this is yet to be determined.

A few of the ones I listed are from humble bundle... you can get a gift link for the games you didn't redeem to steam and they just have to go to the link to redeem the games. I'm not positive on this but I only think they need a steam account to redeem (and to log into said account), not a humble bundle account. I got the gift link url's by clicking the redeem games email you get from humble bundle and in the list of games received click on the little present box next to the games name, which turns the games into gift able links.

My one concern is that the gift links don't expire or anything... or I will have some disappointed people on my hands. But I don't think this will be the case.
