Hi Meow.
What is the minimum level of accessibility of a server? I havent seen that rule.  Is it have to be online all the time? If not how much percent of a day.
Basically if the srver change the name it is automatically disconnected from database right?

IP and Name bound so any change in one of those will disconnect it.
Also i require all servers to not be run at home so i kinda expect 24/7 availability but don't mind trainings and clanwars as long as the server gets disconnected by renaming while a password is on them.

Also running WSE on the connected servers is now mandatory.
All servers that fail to do so by now will be disconnected.
