Help : my character keeps getting reset

Hoping someone can help me fix this or let me know who to talk to so I can fix it.

Basically my character keeps getting reset. I'll get up a few levels, and then when I relog I'm back to age 16. It's happened about 3 or 4 times now.

So far I think this game is pretty cool and would like to give it a shot but I don't see much use if I can't actually progress.

Have you tried making a new character and see if it happens? Have you tried different servers? Some servers may not be connected to the database. That's all I can think of.

I guess I need to add some more info.

I set my additional character to level 30, and then soon after retired him.

I tried to create a new character, but when I tried to log into a cRPG server I get immediately kicked with the message "you have gone down the dark path of level skipping" or something like that.

I really don't know what's going on. but I am unable to make more characters and my current character no longer has the skip to level 30 option. The menu is just blank where it used to be.

If you chose to skip to 30, you can only have 1 character. If you want to skip to 30 again you must delete the current character first. Same if you want to normally start from level 1 without skipping.

Thanks, figured that was involved somehow - deleting my character. Should be sorted now.

edit: all working now. Level 18 and enjoying the game. Thanks for the help.
