Also +1 to including the roll for nudge knockdowns. No reason why it shouldn't.
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

Doesn't the entire knockdown animation take like half a second anyway? Which would mean that reacting within the first 5% is impossible when human reaction times are rarely below 200 ms. Perhaps a little faster when talking reflexes but with double tap, I highly doubt it's humanly possible to be too early. Even if the animation takes a full second which I doubt, it's still 50 ms. I am just going to go with tapping as fast as I can.

Do you have a number for knockdown animation duration? Would be helpful to be able to put a number on the 45%.

Well, it's true. Pulling off the roll is mostly a thing of muscle memory, timing and anticipational ability. Once you expect to get knocked down when fighting someone with a kd weapon, you'll be much better at getting the roll done in time. However there is not only a "too late" but also a "too early"(5%>kd anim progression>45%) that fucks up rolls so one has to get the timing right.

So basicly your saying set your macro right?

Since with this theory it is only possible with low ping imho. (Strategus battles)
