Reminds me of Mission of Honor.

Also, not trying to defend Russian censorship and propaganda, but... there aren't really that many games, that would portray the USA in a bad light and aren't banned, aren't there? Actually, i am having a hard time imagining any at this moment...

The Russian point of view, is the only propper, valid and accepted point of view.
+100% for being "racist retard". You rather be safe racist in your country, than dead French bundle of sticks under the truck wheels, blown to pieces by a bomb, or shot in your own country, by so called "refugees". Lewak logic. Youll all die, sooner or later :). Enemy of my enemy, is my friend. Muslims will deal with you, go use the power of crayons do defend yourself.

Although I doubt U.S government would ban a game just because you shoot Marines, look at Spec Ops The Line for an example.

.. which got banned in the Emirates, because it showed Dubai in ruins. Are people in the east completely retarded or what?

It's just a videogame, entertainment. Get over it

In the West, the market would make sure those games are not successful. No need for bans.

Anyone remember Six Days in Fallujah ?

Btw this "Belgian indie You Don’t Mess With Putin" seems worthy of my interest. But are they going to ban Stalin vs Aliens ?

I'm having a hard time thinking of any that are banned...

Hmm, ok, i'll take that back, was pretty sure there were some. In any case, you can't deny that the vast majority of video games, that involve some sort of warfare, whether historical or fictional, tend to portray US as some sort of guardian angel of all things good, which is a form of propaganda too.

I haven't exactly played a game, where i get to play as a native american during the colonisation period, in a historically accurate way.

Paradox games are as close as you can get if you make AI behaviour more "real" in EUIII for an example.

But I guess you want to slaughter Spaniards with your own hands, now that's something I've never heard of.

Well the truth is not that many games are all white about the US at least. Very few are mean and serious though.

AC3 didn't really portray the US realistically, but they didn't portray America in a positive light either.

There's other games that I can't think of but that's definitely one.

Or as an African during slavery. I would invest into such a game, just for the lolz. =)
