So if anyone else has noticed they went back to the .220 patch with agility affecting run speed, which was taken away with .221.  Love it. :))))

Even though I'm an extreme agility build, I disagree. Merely because it encourages a certain style of play that's annoying.

Protip: we cannot change what agility affects (hardcoded), so it's the same since alpha v0.0000001.

at first i liked the bonus agi gives others, it would be a fun challenge i thought. Then i encountered these speed demons that just run away and use a steel pick when i'm not looking. Goddamn shielders

I've never played a server where people split up as much or as often as on EU1.  No wonder range is having a field day.

Theoritically, cmp, we could have changed it so that AGI gets set to 0 (or any other fixed value) at round start while the c-screen still shows the website value. With the latest patch we could have removed that feature. Then the pull-facts-out-of-own-ass guys would be correct.

Huhm, I don't think I've really noticed. I have 27 agility and 9 athletics. But then again it's hard to make a judgement because before the patch I had a shield and another weapon so of course I'm going to be faster since I have less stuff on now...

Mmh... I though it had been tested (by WaltF4 as allways) that agility wasn't taken into account for max speed. But it is for acceleration and turning speed.

I suggest we buff str asap. The only str build that can work is lame crushthrough, on all other builds you should stack agi for best results.

what is this post
I don't know what I am reading

anyways for agility, run speed, etc. http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,3278.0.html
Also, I have declared myself #1 NA hybrid thrower
Formerly known as Marathon.
As an NA admin, I am the most laid back and concerned with the ~fun of the game~ above all other factors. I've also been super inactive since Summer 2012. University takes most of my time, but I still find some time to play when i can.

Nah, good manual blocking + high strength and a high damage polearm/2h is a kill as soon as your opponent screws up. Even high agility characters can't outspam you if you take a measly 12 agility to get ~140 wpf.

The problem is even if you are number 1 in NA you are still only number 467 in EU or the worst in AUS(number 17)

No, high AGI can't out spam at all. Because for some strange reason STR makes you swing faster. (As evidence by Goretooth and such all-STR builds being frenzied death machines.) It can't just be the heirlooming, otherwise it'd be ridiculous.
