Facebook is on the internet, my point is still valid. You shouldn't post pictures anywhere on the Internet before asking yourself if you're fine with the possibility of them being used "against you" and spread around.
I agree, to an extent. My Facebook is for friends and relatives, not for people in the cRPG community to have access to and do as they please with my photos. That is why my profile is set to private. I post some of these pictures here for good fun and to encourage the thread to grow. I know I'm not the most attractive person in the world, nor am I anything much to look at, and yeah I'm heavy set. But I'm okay with that. I just enjoy being myself, but I don't see why others have to go through the extent of the effort involved to make a collage that is meant to just attempt to insult someone? We're a pretty small community here, I used to say it was the best community of gamers I've ever been apart of, but that's changed in the last year. And mainly its due to the fact that we can't get past just wanting to get one glorious troll moment, or be a complete dick to someone because the internet enables it.
When I first joined this community I was astounded by the fact that many adults played it. Now it seems the 'Adults' are the ones that facet the most problems. I've had my moments where I've snapped, said things I shouldn't have, and attempted to hurt someone else with what I said in this game--a lot of us have. But the difference between myself and the group of people I'm labeling here is that I seek to make amends, and I don't make these comments or insults simply because I have access to it.
Sorry to pollute the thread, I'm sure I'll get downvoted for posting a big long reply, but I figure this post may help remedy some of the backlash I may receive tomorrow when everyone wakes up.
