with 3 ps everything is gonna be crap in ur hands. Ur best bet is to get urself a rondel dagger and stab with 30 pierce.
I know that you can't block with it,but you probably have 8 or more athl,so put it in use. Also you may try some of the short swords and use only stab cuz it deal a lot of dmg.

Can anyone make a 0 slot 1h weapon with blunt or pierce dmg on swings?
That could be good weapon for archers.
Hammer and pickaxe are good only for blocking, they are way too short for proper melee fight.
If weapon with blunt or pierce on swings with 0 slots will apear in game many archers will fight more in melee (even I)
0slots swords are fine, but with low PS they glance too much on heavier armors.

I have MW Short arming sword,
It's a good weapon and I already killed many noobs with it.

I suggested to make some  fightable 0 slot 1h with blunt or pierce dmg with high upkeep. I'm shure that many hybrids gonna use it, not only archers.

To OP, archers are not meant to be melee oriented and they shouldn't have strong melee weapons.

0 Slot Knobbed Mace is a good idea.

Because archers can do NOTHING at melee fights with their 3PS and short swords.If you give them a mace, they will attack instead of a block show , because they wont glance. If knobbed mace is going to be 0 slots, time to grow some balls for archers.
