This often sometimes happens to me when they don't take care at shooting and shoot everywhere.

As an ex-Archer and an ex-Crossbower ( I respeced out of level 34 again) I use superior agility to run passed all those strength tin-can crutchers and spend all my focus on killing ranged.

I'm atoning for my sins to get into 2handed hero heaven.
