Respec as soon as possible. You will lose only 200 k xp, it's nothing and your current build is... hm, "not good" :P ALso at the beginning don't put any points into Iron FLesh and Weapon Master, go for Power Strike and Ahtletics and spare skill points convert into attribute points. At lvl 21 you can have sth like this:

Afterwards you can go for either more strength or more agility, depending on your choice.

If you want to check different builds use Skip the fun option.

5 shield
all wpf on 1handed weapons

very good build as 1h cav and shielder. Use Broad 1 Handed Battle Axe and slice your enemies easily. also you can use morningstar and arabian cavalry sword on horseback :wink:

yea i kinda messed up on the wpf but....you know
